Description
Discover the Sian Ka’an biosphere and remote Maya ruins of Muyil. This nature reserve is an enchanting wilderness-home to various ecosystems that we will explore both by foot and by boat before floating down a canal of fresh crystal clear water bordered by a lush mangrove.
You’ll stumble into a remote ancient Maya city in the middle of the forest. You’ll also stop by the “mirador” observation tower which offers an unobstructed view of the jungle and lagoons. A small motorboat will then take us across the water to view a special mangrove ecosystem and watch birds that inhabit it. This unrivaled location offers an abundance of water, vegetation, and stunning landscapes. We’ll end the day watching the sun set over the lagoons before returning to Tulum.
